Terry is a top-notch professional and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else if I were to sell my home or buy another. When we purchased our house, we ran into many issues with the seller. Every step was a battle up until the hour of closing. Thankfully we had Terry advocating for us through all of it. Though it often seemed as if the fates were conspiring against us, Terry handled all that came our way, often times resolving issues without our even knowing they existed.
